Linsey B. Bozzelli



Linsey Bozzelli concentrates her practice in the area of business and corporate law, including:

  • mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
  • private equity and venture capital funding transactions
  • general corporate, partnership, and limited liability company transactions and counseling
  • transactional and day-to-day legal and strategic consulting for clients in the fashion, design, and branding industries
  • joint ventures and strategic alliances
  • financing transactions
  • business formation and planning
  • contract drafting and negotiations
  • counseling and formation of nonprofit organizations

Linsey serves as a member of the Firm’s Attorney Recruiting Committee and as a member of the Firm’s Diversity Committee.

    Outside of her work at the Firm, Linsey is actively involved in the Philadelphia neighborhood where she lives with her family.

    Professional Activities

    Since joining the Firm, Linsey has been actively involved in many of the Firm’s pro bono initiatives, including representing several nonprofit organizations, as well as various clients petitioning for asylum and citizenship in the United States.

    Linsey is a member of the board of trustees of the Philadelphia Bar Foundation and a member of the Pennsylvania Hospital Intensive Care Nursery Family Council. She serves on the Corporate Executive Board of the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

    Linsey serves as a member of the Board of Philadelphia Fashion Incubator (“PFI”) at Macy’s Center City, a nonprofit organization that supports local fashion designers who want to launch their businesses in the city.
