Jourdan Garvey concentrates her practice on business and corporate law. She assists companies with an array of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and financings, and advises clients on general corporate matters and governance.
During law school, Jourdan served as the managing editor of operations and a staff writer for the Villanova Law Review. Jourdan also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Michael Erdos of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania and was a certified legal intern for the Clinic for Law and Entrepreneurship.
