Blank Rome Represents Juniper Landscaping in Platform Investment from Bregal Partners
A Blank Rome team represented Juniper Landscaping, a portfolio company of ZS Fund L.P. and a leading provider of landscaping services to commercial clients throughout the State of Florida, in connection with a platform investment by Bregal Partners, a private equity firm with $1.25 billion of committed capital, and one of several dedicated funds within Bregal Investments, a global platform that has invested or committed over $16.5 billion since its inception in 2002.
