A Blank Rome team represented Komodo Health, Inc., a software developer and service provider for customers operating in the healthcare sector, in its acquisition of Breakaway Partners, a leading market access software company for the life sciences industry. The transaction closed on July 26, 2021.
Earlier this year, Blank Rome also represented Komodo Health in its acquisition of Mavens Consulting Services, Inc., a software developer and service provider to clients operating in the life sciences and patient services sectors.
