Biography

VICE CHAIR

Gary Goldenberg is a trusted adviser and business attorney who concentrates his practice in the area of business and corporate law. Gary counsels clients on complex business transactions and legal matters, while consistently providing advice that is both pragmatic and commercial. Gary chaired Blank Rome’s Business Department for the past 10 years, leading more than 350 business attorneys across numerous industries, practice areas, and geographies. Now serving as a Vice Chair of the firm, he builds consensus among Blank Rome’s lawyers to strengthen client relationships while continuing to drive transactions to closing.
