Blank Rome Represents PrimaLoft, Inc. in the Sale of Its Business to Compass Diversified
A Blank Rome team represented PrimaLoft, Inc., a portfolio company of Victor Capital Partners, in the sale of its business to Compass Diversified, a publicly traded company and an owner of leading middle-market businesses. PrimaLoft, Inc. is a branded, advanced material technology company based in Latham, New York, and is a world leader in the research and innovative development of high-performance material solutions, specializing in insulations and fabrics. In 2017, Blank Rome represented private equity firm Victor Capital Partners in its acquisition of PrimaLoft, Inc. and has been providing multi-disciplinary legal services to the company since that acquisition.
