Elaine Scivetti focuses her practice on corporate finance and real estate transactions. Elaine represents commercial banks and other lending institutions in a variety of commercial lending transactions including unsecured and secured credit facilities, mezzanine loans, and similar financings. In addition, she represents borrowers in connection with acquisition loans secured by substantially all of the borrower’s assets, unsecured and secured general purpose/working capital borrowings, and recapitalizations.
Elaine advises clients on matters involving the acquisition, development, management, leasing, and disposition of improved and unimproved real property. She concentrates a substantial amount of time advising clients on general corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions, including a variety of asset purchase, stock purchase, and merger transactions. Elaine represents companies and individuals in connection with the formation of new business entities and the negotiation of stockholder agreements and other general business contracts.
While in law school, she served as executive editor of the Boston University Law Review.
