Ross Coe’s practice covers all facets of real estate transactions, including joint ventures, financings, acquisitions, leasing, and sales of commercial real estate. He regularly assists clients in transactions across a variety of asset classes, including retail, office, industrial, multi-family and mixed-use projects, as well as healthcare, co-working, hospitality, automobile and other specialty uses.
Ross has extensive experience representing landlords and tenants in retail, office and industrial leasing matters, including NNN leasing and sale-leaseback transactions. He also regularly represents banks and other financial institutions in real estate lending transactions involving healthcare real estate assets.
Ross is a member of Blank Rome’s Tax Credit Finance team, which advises clients in structuring, originating and unwinding complex New Markets Tax Credit and Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit transactions, as well as distressed tax credit transactions.
While in law school, Ross was executive editor for the Virginia Tax Review. Ross previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable B. Waugh Crigler of the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia.
