Ross E. Coe


Ross Coe’s practice covers all facets of real estate transactions, including joint ventures, financings, acquisitions, leasing, and sales of commercial real estate.  He regularly assists clients in transactions across a variety of asset classes, including retail, office, industrial, multi-family and mixed-use projects.

Ross has extensive experience representing landlords and tenants in retail, office and industrial leasing matters, including NNN leasing and sale-leaseback transactions.

Ross has counseled clients in various industries including the representation of retail and healthcare tenants, as well as hospitality and franchise owners in their regional and national expansions.

While in law school, Ross was executive editor for the Virginia Tax Review. Ross previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable B. Waugh Crigler of the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia.
