Biography
Sarah Frazier focuses her practice on the representation of financial institutions, private equity funds, other credit providers, and borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured transactions, including syndicated lending, acquisition financing, oil and gas secured financings, note purchase and sale transactions, and the workout and restructuring of credit facilities.
In 2010, she served as an intern for the Honorable Laura Carter Higley, First Court of Appeals in Houston, Texas. During law school, Sarah served as a member of the Texas Tech Law Review and was a Board of Regents Scholar.
Experience
- Represented a privately held oil and gas exploration company in connection with a one-billion-dollar secured revolving credit facility.
- Represented the administrative agent in a term loan facility and senior secured revolving credit facility for welding companies.
- Represented numerous privately held companies in connection with their senior secured credit facilities secured by oil and gas mineral interests.
- Represented a commercial lender in a working capital credit facility to home health agencies.
- Represented a commercial bank in term loan and senior secured revolving credit facilities for specialty and petrochemical companies.
- Represented issuers and trustees in multiple senior secured notes offerings.
- Represented a privately held oil services company in a factoring facility and term loan.
- Represented the administrative agent on multiple secured credit facilities to privately held midstream companies.
- Represented the administrative agent on numerous senior secured credit facilities for upstream and midstream portfolio companies of equity sponsors, with aggregate lending commitments ranging from $100 million to $500 million.
