Blank Rome Partners T. Malcolm Sandilands and Jon Grossman and Associate Ross E. Coe will lead the D.C. Bar Pro Bono Center’s free webinar “Small Business Legal Issues: A Training for Volunteer Attorneys” on Monday, November 23, 2020, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. EST.
The purpose of this free training session is to expand the pool of lawyers prepared to provide pro bono assistance to aspiring and current entrepreneurs through the Small Business Brief Advice Legal Clinics.
This training program will focus on business formation, real estate issues, and intellectual property considerations as they relate to the unique circumstances of small neighborhood-based businesses.
The training is open to all attorneys and specifically encouraged for those who wish to volunteer at Small Business Brief Advice Legal Clinics for the first time.
