Caitlin Sanders is an associate in Blank Rome's Labor and Employment Practice Group. Caitlin concentrates her practice in all aspects of employment law, with an emphasis on employment and wage and hour compliance and litigation. Caitlin has experience representing employers in state and federal court and before administrative agencies in cases involving claims of wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination, unfair competition, and wage and hour violations.
Caitlin also provides day-to-day counseling to employers on a wide range of labor and employment law issues, including personnel policies, employee discipline, separations and terminations, wage and hour compliance, and protected leaves of absence.
While in law school, Caitlin was research editor and lead article editor of the UC Irvine Law Review.
