Michael M. Denci

Biography

Michael Denci concentrates his practice on commercial real estate finance. He represents insurance companies, major investment banks, conduit lenders, and other financial institutions in the structuring and origination of commercial mortgage and mezzanine loans. His experience includes transactions from a variety of lending platforms, including CMBS, balance sheet, and Fannie Mae, and cover various types of real estate, such as hotels, office and retail properties, shopping centers, and multifamily residential properties.

Michael also has experience with the acquisition and disposition of properties, the formation of real estate joint ventures, loan modifications, and the acquisition and disposition of mortgage and mezzanine loans.

During law school, Michael was a member of the International Law Society and Vanderbilt Intellectual Property Association.

Outside the Firm

Michael enjoys sailing, skiing, Scuba diving, photography, and learning about other cultures.
