Michael M. Denci

Biography

Michael Denci concentrates his practice on commercial real estate finance. He represents insurance companies, major investment banks, conduit lenders, and other financial institutions in the structuring and origination of commercial mortgage and mezzanine loans. He regularly advises clients on transactions across a variety of lending platforms, including CMBS, balance sheet, and Fannie Mae.

Michael has extensive experience representing banks and other financial institutions in real estate lending transactions involving health care real estate assets. Michael also works on transactions involving hotels, office and retail properties, shopping centers, and multifamily residential properties. He advises clients on the acquisition and disposition of properties, the formation of real estate joint ventures, loan modifications, and the acquisition and disposition of mortgage and mezzanine loan transactions.

During law school, Michael was a member of the International Law Society and Vanderbilt Intellectual Property Association.

Outside the Firm

Michael enjoys sailing, skiing, Scuba diving, photography, and learning about other cultures.
