Melissa (Missy) Griest is an associate in Blank Rome’s Corporate, M&A, and Securities group.
Prior to joining the firm, Missy interned at a global professional services firm, a national law firm, a leading global manufacturing company, and the Chester County District Attorney’s Office. She also served as a volunteer law clerk for the Legal Aid Society of Columbus.
During law school, Missy served as a student attorney for the Villanova Federal Tax Clinic as well as the executive editor of The Villanova Environmental Law Journal.
