Blank Rome Represents Cleaver-Brooks in Its Sale to Miura Co., Ltd.

A Blank Rome team represented Cleaver-Brooks, which was owned by Harbour Group, in connection with its sale to Miura Co., Ltd., an industry-leading manufacturer of boilers headquartered in Japan. The transaction closed on May 15, 2024.
