Alexander J. Dondershine concentrates his practice on a wide range of corporate matters, including:

Alex previously was a summer associate at Blank Rome. Prior to joining Blank Rome, he worked as a legal field clinician for the New York Department of Financial Services, a legal intern for the New York City Transit Authority, and a law clerk for a Virginia-based law firm.

During law school, Alex served as a staff editor and an articles editor for the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution.

In this role, he provides free legal representation to low-income Philadelphia residents whose criminal records present barriers to employment, housing, and other opportunities.
