A Blank Rome team represented Korn Ferry, a Delaware corporation (NYSE: KFY), in connection with its acquisition of Salo, LLC (“Salo”). The transaction closed on February 1, 2023.
Headquartered in Minnesota, Salo is a leading provider of finance, accounting, and HR interim talent, with a strong focus on serving clients in healthcare, among other industries. Salo’s substantial interim professional solutions and contract staffing expertise will enhance Korn Ferry’s industry-leading organizational consulting portfolio.
The move greatly accelerates the scale and capabilities of Korn Ferry’s current executive and professional interim solutions business.
