Adam R. Seiden

Biography

Adam Seiden concentrates his practice on representing and advising private equity sponsors (and their portfolio companies), family-owned and closely held businesses, and other public and privately held companies on all corporate matters, including:

  • Mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and recapitalizations;
  • Private equity transactions (including both platform and add-on transactions);
  • Venture capital funding transactions;
  • Strategic investments (including growth equity and minority investments) and joint ventures;
  • General corporate, partnership, and limited liability company matters (including entity formation and planning) and governance; and
  • Public and private securities matters.

Adam’s experience includes leading M&A transactions that range in size across a broad variety of sectors, including aerospace, defense, maritime, government, infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, distribution, transportation, industrials, automotive, technology, software, retail, consumer products, and business services.

Prior to joining Blank Rome, Adam was associate counsel at a public independent oil and gas exploration and production company that operated in the Permian Basin of West Texas and Southeastern New Mexico. In this role, Adam handled a wide variety of legal responsibilities, including drafting ’33 and ’34 Act filings, compliance with NASDAQ and the NYSE, and assisting with multiple significant multimillion-dollar transactions. 

Adam previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Margaret M. McVeigh of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
