Biography
Spencer C. Ebach concentrates his practice on a wide range of corporate matters.
Spencer was previously a summer associate at Blank Rome. Prior to joining the firm, Spencer served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Ellen L. Hollander at the United States District Court for the District of Maryland as well as a judicial intern to the Honorable Michelle M. Harner at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland. Spencer also previously served as a Senior Development Specialist at a research and advisory firm.
During law school, Spencer served as an associate editor for the Maryland Law Review.
