A Blank Rome team represented Inframark, an industry leader in the operation, maintenance, and management of water and wastewater facilities, in its acquisition of BLTI, a Texas-based leading provider of comprehensive integration solutions for instrumentation and control systems for municipal, commercial, and institutional clients. The transaction closed on March 31, 2022.
