Zachary J. Perkins

Biography

Zachary maintains a national practice encompassing all facets of commercial real estate transactions, including leasing (both landlord and tenant side), acquisitions and dispositions, financing (including traditional mortgage, construction, healthcare, and mezzanine financing), equity investments and joint venture transactions, construction, and development for a wide array of clients and various types of projects. His representation includes developers; lenders; national tenants and landlords; private equity funds; local, regional, national, and international companies; individuals; investors; and real estate investment trusts for projects involving industrial facilities, office buildings, residential and mixed-use projects, senior housing and assisted living facilities, condominiums, shopping centers, hotels, and ground-up development.

Outside the Firm

Zak lives outside of Philadelphia with his wife and three children.
