Blank Rome Welcomes New Real Estate Associates in New York and Philadelphia

Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Kristin Cara and Zachary J. Perkins have joined the Firm as associates in the Real Estate group, which recently welcomed experienced tax and real estate finance partner Cynthia Langelier Paine in the Washington, D.C., office. Kristin and Zachary are based in the Firm’s New York and Philadelphia offices, respectively.

Kristin joins Blank Rome from Cassin & Cassin LLP. She concentrates her practice on multifamily financing and affordable housing, representing lenders in closing commercial real estate loans through the Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting & Servicing and Freddie Mac Seller-Servicer programs. She is a member of the Real Property Section of the New York State Bar Association and has authored numerous case comments for the New York Real Estate Reporter. Admitted to practice in New York, Kristin earned her J.D., cum laude, from Benjamin N. Cardozo School and her B.A. in Communications, cum laude, from Fordham University.

Zachary joins Blank Rome from Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP. He concentrates his practice in commercial real estate transactions. He represents local, regional, national, and international companies, individuals, developers, investors, lenders, real estate investment trusts, and private equity funds in the acquisition, disposition, finance, or leasing of various types of commercial property, including mixed-use, office, hotel, industrial, and ground-up development. Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Zachary earned his J.D. from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, his M.B.A. from Rosemont College, and his B.S. in Economics from the University of Delaware.
