Adam R. Sansweet

Biography

Adam Sansweet concentrates his practice on financial services and bankruptcy and restructuring matters, including representing a range of clients (such as private equity firms, private and public companies, banks, private credit funds, and other institutional lenders) in the following:

  • cash-flow and asset-based financing
  • secured transactions
  • acquisition financing
  • commercial financing
  • secured transactions
  • restructuring, reorganizations and workouts

Adam actively volunteers for Compass Pro Bono, a provider of pro bono consulting services whose work benefits various non-profit organizations in the Greater Philadelphia community.

During law school, he was a staff member for the Temple Law Review (Volume 86).

Prior to joining Blank Rome, Adam served as a judicial intern for President Judge Susan Peikes Gantman, Superior Court of Pennsylvania.
