Ashley Catalano-Leckerman concentrates her practice on general corporate, M&A, and securities-related matters.
During law school, Ashley served as a legal assistant intern for leading Philadelphia-based companies, such as The Barnes Foundation and Comcast Corporation. Additionally, she was the secretary of the Corporate Law Society, served on the board of the Student Bar Association, and volunteered at the Villanova Law School Federal Tax Clinic. Ashley has a master's degree in business administration.
