Blank Rome represented Research Horizons, LLC (d/b/a Phoenix Marketing International), a global advertising and brand specialist and portfolio company of ZS Fund L.P., in the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Communicus, Inc. and its affiliates, an advertising insights business.
The transaction closed on August 4, 2021.
