Biography

Molly Crane has a broad-based corporate and general business practice, with a focus on:

  • Mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures

  • Negotiation and preparation of complex commercial agreements
  • Corporate governance

 Molly is a member of the firm’s International Alliances Committee. She also serves on the firm’s Pro Bono Committee. Molly has written articles on key issues in the private equity field and has been a featured speaker on legal panels. At Echelon’s Registered Investment Advisor Conference, her panel was highlighted as “the best session of the conference” by RIABiz.

  • NewSpring Holdings, a longstanding firm client and a leading diversified holding company focused on acquiring and building companies in logistics, managed services, financial software and technology and government services, in its acquisition of The Sentinel Company, establishing NewSpring Holdings’ government services platform, its fourth platform in just over four years.
  • Mereo Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, in connection with its investment in Luna Labs, a recently divested division of Luna Innovations Incorporated, a publicly traded company and global leader in advanced fiber optic-based technology.
  • ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists, in its sale to an affiliate of the private equity firm Calera Capital. ImageFIRST serves healthcare facilities nationwide, providing commercial laundering and linen rental services.
  • WRM Holdings and its parent company Waste Resource Management, Inc. in its acquisition of McDonald Farms Enterprises, a corporation providing diversified waste collection, transportation, recycling and disposal services
