A Blank Rome team represented Nivel Parts & Manufacturing Co., LLC, a global manufacturer, distributor, and seller of aftermarket parts and accessories for niche vehicles and heavy-duty equipment, in its acquisition of EPI Performance. The transaction closed on March 31, 2022.
EPI Performance is headquartered in Baxter, Minnesota, and is engaged in the business of developing and offering parts and accessories for snowmobiles, ATVs, UTVs, PTVs, and other similar type vehicles, such as performance clutch kits, rebuild kits, driveline components, and severe duty drive belts.
