    Scott Smith concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and corporate finance. He serves as borrowers’, issuers’, and lenders’ counsel to a wide range of clients in connection with:

        • NYSE-listed manufacturer and distributor of wire and cable products for use in the energy, industrial, specialty and communication markets, in connection with a $700 million secured multicurrency credit facility. 
        • A regional bank, in connection with capital call facilities made available to private equity funds.
        • Private equity funds, in connection with credit facilities secured by their respective assets and by uncalled capital commitments.
        • A pharmaceutical company, in connection with a $10 million revolving credit facility.
        • Financing companies which make plaintiff advances, in connection with revolving credit facilities and term loans.
        • A global factoring company, in connection with a $60 million revolving credit facility.
        • A national bank, in connection with senior secured acquisition financings.
