Tony&nbsp;Salgado has extensive experience in international business and&nbsp;maritime transactions, corporate governance, and finance matters.&nbsp;Tony&nbsp;assists clients in negotiating and structuring transactions under U.S. and foreign laws in maritime and non-maritime contexts, such as:<ul>	<li>Vessel secured&nbsp;financings</li>	<li>Vessel lease financings</li>	<li>Title XI loan guarantee financings</li>	<li>Shipbuilding contracts</li>	<li>Ship purchases and sales</li>	<li>Bareboat charters, time charters and other vessel charters and&nbsp;management agreements</li>	<li>Maritime bankruptcies and restructurings</li>	<li>Coast Guard and Maritime Administration regulatory issues, including Jones Act citizenship issues, American Fisheries Act citizenship issues, and vessel foreign transfer approvals</li>	<li>Corporate governance and structure issues for domestic and foreign companies, including the major offshore jurisdictions</li>	<li>Project financing transactions for newbuild vessels</li>	<li>Cross-border transactions</li></ul>During law school, Tony was a senior editor on the Virginia Journal of International Law. After law school, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Randy J. Holland, Supreme Court of Delaware.
