Biography
Dana Mallon concentrates her practice on business finance, restructuring, and bankruptcy matters.
Dana previously held roles as a legal clerk for the general counsel of one of the world’s largest interdealer broker firms as well as a legal intern for the general counsel of the New York City Department of Investigation and the trusts and estates group of a New York-based law firm.
During law school, Dana served as a legal reference editor for the New York Law School Law Review, vice president of the Dispute Resolution Team, and student attorney for the New York Law School Securities Arbitration Clinic.
