Blank Rome Represents Magna5 in its Acquisition of Interphase Systems, Inc.
A Blank Rome team represented Magna5 MS LLC, NewSpring Holdings’ managed IT, cybersecurity and cloud-based services platform, in its acquisition of substantially all the assets of Interphase Systems, Inc., a Philadelphia-based managed IT services provider. The transaction closed on September 1, 2022 and is the third acquisition into Magna5’s platform this year. Blank Rome previously represented Magna5 in its acquisitions of Stable Networks, Inc., a North Carolina-based managed IT service provider and TCG Network Services, a leading Massachusetts-based managed IT and cybersecurity services provider.
