Blank Rome Represents Avantus in its Acquisition of MissionTech Solutions, LLC
Blank Rome represented Avantus, NewSpring Holdings’ government services platform, in its acquisition of MissionTech Solutions, LLC, a Virginia-based consulting and solutions company in the national security space. The acquisition of MissionTech is the sixth acquisition for Avantus’s government services platform since 2018.
The Blank Rome team was led by Alan Zeiger, Molly Crane, Brock Wittmeyer, Justin Stein, and Riley Bauer and included Cory Jacobs, Justin Chiarodo, Mark Blondman, Lisa Casey Spaniel, Jonathan Clark, Shlomo Troodler, Danielle Mabe, Michael Montalbano, Brian O’Neil, Adam Sansweet, and Ivy Shapiro. The transaction closed on November 12, 2020.
