Tyler Hill concentrates his practice on corporate, M&A, and securities matters.
Tyler previously served as a summer associate at Blank Rome. During law school, he served as an academic core enrichment counselor and a criminal law teaching assistant, and received numerous academic awards and scholarships.
Prior to practicing law, Tyler was a project manager for a heavy highway and bridge construction company in Philadelphia.
Outside the Firm
Tyler enjoys trying new restaurants in Philadelphia and playing ice hockey. He played for Drexel University’s men’s ice hockey team where he obtained his undergraduate degree in finance.
