Bruce R. Lesser

Biography

Bruce Lesser concentrates his practice in the representation of lenders and borrowers in the structuring and documentation of financing transactions and in the areas of loan workouts, bankruptcy, and business law. In addition to financial services, Bruce also has significant experience in the real estate industry and in private equity investments and fundings.

In addition to repeated top-level rankings for his work in banking, corporate, and creditors’ rights matters, Bruce is ranked as a senior statesman in the field of banking and finance law by Chambers USA. Chambers stated that he is particularly noted for his experience in bankruptcy and loan workouts, and that clients “are quick to afford praise to his extensive industry knowledge.” Chambers has also noted that Bruce “has an impressive history representing borrowers and lenders” and “remains well respected by his peers in the market.”

Experience

Bruce has represented financial institutions and other Lenders in numerous complex transactions for over thirty years. His experience also includes the representation of privately-held companies in acquisitions and divestitures.
