Anthony R. Callobre concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial lending and corporate finance. His clients include both credit providers, such as commercial banks, commercial finance companies, hedge funds, private equity groups, and other investors and lenders, and credit takers, both financial and strategic.
Tony practices across a broad spectrum of the commercial and industrial sector, notably focusing on acquisition and working capital financing transactions, ranging from middle-market to investment-grade credits, in the areas of agriculture, apparel and textiles, beauty and other consumer products, engineering, construction and infrastructure, investment fund finance, sports and entertainment, retail, technology, and transportation.
He has significant experience with a wide range of debt financing types. These include: single lender and syndicated credits, senior-secured, second-lien, mezzanine, unitranche, and unsecured facilities, leveraged loans, asset-based loans, and fund finance (including capital call and subscription lines, and NAV and hybrid loans), entertainment finance (including single-picture production loans and multiple picture, “slate” financings), cash-flow loans, acquisition finance, recapitalizations, and working capital loans; cross-border loans; problem loan restructurings and workouts; 363 sales; and debtor-in-possession financings.
