Travis K. Jang-Busby


Travis Jang-Busby counsels clients from notable startups to the Fortune 50 in employment, labor, and business law matters.

Travis strategically navigates high-stakes class action litigation in California and nationally, representative wage-hour litigation under the Private Attorneys General Act (“PAGA”), discrimination litigation, administrative investigations, and preventative counseling. He has varied and extensive experience in all phases of litigation and handles client matters from inception through trial.

Outside the Firm

Travis enjoys surfing, skiing, cooking, and “relaxing” with his three kids and two dogs.

Travis is a member of the American Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Division. Travis also sits on the board of directors of Adjoin, a nonprofit organization dedicated to building new pathways to better support veterans and people with intellectual disabilities. He previously served as a member of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association and Lawyer’s Club of San Diego.
