Natalie Radabaugh concentrates her practice on maritime transactions, corporate governance, and ship financing matters. Natalie assists clients in negotiating and structuring transactions under U.S. and foreign laws, such as:<ul>	<li>Vessel secured financings (including vessel construction and acquisition financing)</li>	<li>Vessel lease financings</li>	<li>Ship purchases and sales</li>	<li>Vessel charters (including bareboat charters, time charters, etc.)</li>	<li>Maritime M&amp;A transactions and joint ventures involving vessels or other marine assets</li>	<li>Maritime bankruptcies and restructurings</li>	<li>Coast Guard and Maritime Administration documentation and regulatory issues</li>	<li>Project financing transactions for newbuild vessels</li>	<li>Corporate governance and structure issues for domestic and foreign companies</li></ul>Natalie previously held roles as a trial team extern for the U.S. Navy, Judge Advocate General’s Corps; law intern for the Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration, Office of Chief Counsel; and legal assistant and department team lead for a default litigation law firm.&nbsp;During law school, Natalie served as a senior managing editor of the International Law in Domestic Courts Journal and was a member of the National Security Law Association.
