Biography

Amanda C. DeLaPerriere focuses her practice on government contracts law, related construction law, and white collar matters, including advising clients on regulatory, counseling, and litigation matters.

Amanda has notable experience drafting pleadings and motions, analyzing documents to develop fact patterns, responding to discovery requests, preparing witnesses for depositions and hearings for government contract disputes, advising contractors on compliance with federal procurement regulations, and responding to government audits regarding contractor costs, as well as working with contractors on drafting plans of action and milestones.

Amanda previously served as a law clerk at the U.S. Civilian Board of Contract Appeals and as a legal intern at the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. During law school, Amanda served as a notes editor at the Public Contracts Law Journal.
