Brian O’Neil concentrates his practice on commercial real estate transactions. He counsels a large range of clients, including private equity firms, developers, and landlords, in connection with the purchase and financing, sale, and leasing of commercial real estate properties.
Prior to joining Blank Rome, Brian was an associate in the real estate group of a Philadelphia-based law firm. He also previously served as a legal intern for the Honorable Bruce I. Fox of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Brian has extensive experience in the financial field. Prior to practicing law, he worked for BNY Mellon and myCIO Wealth Partners, where he managed financial portfolios for high-net-worth Fortune 500 executives, trusts, foundations, and endowments.
