Blank Rome Represents Brook & Whittle in its Acquisition of Digital Label Solutions
A Blank Rome team represented Brook & Whittle, a leading provider of sustainable pressure sensitive and shrink sleeve prime labels, in its acquisition of Digital Label Solutions, a California-based digital pressure sensitive and shrink sleeve label manufacturer. Brook & Whittle is majority owned by private equity firm Snow Phipps Group, L.L.C. The transaction closed on April 16, 2021.
