Blank Rome Represents Avantus Federal LLC in Its Acquisition of Far Ridgeline Engagements LLC
A Blank Rome team represented Avantus Federal LLC, a NewSpring Holdings’ government services platform, in its acquisition of Far Ridgeline Engagements LLC, a North Carolina-based leading provider of highly differentiated and tailored operational, training, and technical solutions in support of national security missions. The acquisition closed on May 2, 2022, and represents the eighth acquisition into Avantus Federal’s platform.
