Biography
Shiven G. Shah concentrates his practice on a range of corporate matters, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions: private equity and venture capital investments, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, asset spin-offs, and other strategic and business sale transactions
- General corporate matters: formation, corporate governance, and other commercial transactions
Shiven also has experience advising on, preparing, and obtaining approval of pre-transaction competition filings with the U.S. Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission.
Outside the Firm
Shiven enjoys playing golf and volleyball, spending time with family and friends, and watching Philadelphia sports.
