Paige Barr Tinkham

Biography

Paige Barr Tinkham concentrates her practice in the areas of insolvency and corporate restructuring. She represents lending institutions and other secured parties, purchasers, investors, trustees, lessors, unsecured creditors, debtors, and other constituents in litigation and transactional matters arising out of distressed situations, including bankruptcy, workouts, restructuring of lending arrangements, and other out-of-court scenarios. 

While in law school, Paige served as the editor in chief of the DePaul Business and Commercial Law Journal. She also served as an intern for the Honorable Susan P. Sonderby of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Professional Activities

Paige devotes time to pro bono matters, including serving as the president of the board of directors of Ascend Justice, a nonprofit serving domestic violence survivors seeking legal services related to orders of protection, immigration, family law, housing, and employment, as well as individuals who are being investigated or are appealing a finding of child neglect or child abuse.
