Blank Rome represented WRM Holdings, LLC and its parent company Waste Resource Management, Inc. in its acquisition of McDonald Farms Enterprises, Inc., a Frederick, Colorado based corporation providing diversified waste collection, transportation, recycling and disposal services. The Blank Rome team was led by Gary Goldenberg, Joshua Strober, Molly Crane, Brock Wittmeyer, Simon Bord and Erin Coppock and included Kevin Baum, Lisa Campisi, Margaret Hill, Cory Jacobs, Michael Kadlec, Stephanie Kaplan, Hannah Ahn, Adam Sansweet, Dade Thornton and Ivy Shapiro. The transaction closed on October 30, 2020.
