Blank Rome represented SOS Security LLC, a privately-owned security company, in its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Premier and Apex3 Security, providers of security services to customers in the greater Chicago area. The Blank Rome team was led by Linsey Bozzelli and Inna Zaltsman and included Dan Ivler, Matt Altomare, Mark Blondman, Lisa Casey-Spaniel, Cory Jacobs, Michael Kadlec, Jeffrey Rosenfeld and Scott Smith. The transaction closed on May 31, 2018.
