Thomas Cialino concentrates his practice in financial services matters.
As a member of the Firm's Financial Institutions Litigation and Regulatory Compliance (“FILARC”) group, Thomas regularly represents lenders and financial institutions in a variety of consumer finance litigation matters, including disputes under TILA, RESPA, FCRA, ECOA, and FDCPA, state law UDAP claims, and a variety of common law claims.
While in law school, Thomas was a note and momment editor for the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal. He was also a member of the Temple Moot Court Honor Society. Thomas received the Joseph W. Marshall Scholarship for outstanding achievement in tax law, as well a scholarship from the Justinian Society.
He served as Judicial Honors Program Clerk for the Honorable Mitchell Goldberg of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
