Kim Li Khutorsky concentrates her practice in general real estate matters. She represents private equity funds, developers, financial institutions, landlords, and tenants in commercial real estate transactions, including:

• Leases

While at Brooklyn Law School, Kim was a notes and comments editor for the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Jane S. Solomon of the New York State Supreme Court.
