Biography
Kathleen J. Udo concentrates her practice on managing complex, multi-faceted commercial real estate transactions, including regulatory compliance.
Kathleen has notable experience in structuring, negotiating, and advising on all aspects of the real estate life cycle. She has represented developers, investors, and financial institutions in the acquisition, sale, financing, construction, development, and leasing of commercial real estate in the U.S.
She most recently served as a senior adviser for business line compliance at an international investment bank with primary coverage over commercial real estate, securitized products trading, and CLO businesses.
Outside the Firm
Kathleen enjoys exploring all New York City has to offer with her son. In her spare time, she enjoys playing soccer, riding the Peloton, taking classes at F45 and traveling to Maine.
