Biography
Kailea Swartz concentrates her practice on a wide range of corporate, M&A, and securities matters.
Kailea previously served as a summer associate at Blank Rome. Prior to joining the firm, Kailea served as a law clerk at a New Jersey-based law firm and a judicial intern to the Honorable Micheal J. Haas and the Honorable John J. Burke III.
During law school, Kailea served as the editor-in-chief of the Rutgers University Law Review.
