Blank Rome Welcomes New Corporate Associate in New York
Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Jamie L. Plisner has joined the firm’s New York office in the Corporate, M&A, and Securities practice group. Jamie previously served as of counsel at Gracin & Marlow LLP and rejoins her colleagues Leslie Marlow, Hank Gracin, and Patrick Egan, a respected corporate and securities law team who joined Blank Rome as partners in February 2022. The addition of these talented attorneys to our firm continues the ongoing strategic growth of our New York office, which recently welcomed matrimonial & family law partner Sophie Jacobi-Parisi and leading real estate and hospitality partners Christy L. Reuter and Sonia Kaur Bain.
Jamie focuses her practice on a wide range of corporate matters, including reviewing, editing, and assisting in the preparation of various transaction documents such as prospectuses, underwriting and purchase agreements, guaranties, security and pledge agreements, asset and stock purchase agreements, stockholders’ agreements, and various federal and state filings. She also has prior experience representing insureds in real estate litigation proceedings, notably drafting and responding to pleadings, motions, and discovery demands, as well as attending court conferences, arguing motions, conducting depositions, performing legal research and analysis, and drafting settlement agreements.
Admitted to practice in New York, Jamie received her J.D. from Maurice A. Deane School of Law, and her B.S. from C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University.
