Blank Rome Welcomes General Litigation Senior Attorney in New York

Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Hilary F. Korman has rejoined the firm’s New York office as a senior attorney in the General Litigation practice group.

Hilary rejoins the firm from M&T Bank where she served as Vice President – Assistant General Counsel, Deposits. Prior to that role, she served as an associate in Blank Rome’s Consumer Financial Services group. She is a strategic litigator and adviser who is well versed in handling complex individual, class action, regulatory, administrative, and arbitration matters, notably in the areas of consumer financial services, banking, consumer protection defense, privacy and data security, white collar defense, employment, business, and corporate litigation.

Hilary’s addition further bolsters the national presence of the firm’s General Litigation group, which recently welcomed associates Anna E. Currier in Wilmington, Amanda M. Noonan in Chicago, Allen Ho and Saam Takaloo in Los Angeles, Triston “Chase” O’Savio in Philadelphia, Jill Lipman Beck and Ashlyn M. Grim in Pittsburgh, and M. David Tambussi  in Princeton.

Hilary is admitted to practice in New York as well as the Eastern, Western, Southern, and Northern U.S. District Courts of New York; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit; and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. She received her J.D. from New York Law School, and her B.A., cum laude, from Boston University.
